I can't find my picture in the gallery.
Please ensure that you have chosen to participate in Clinique Star Tour Contest 2011 during the registration. Should there be any incomplete fields found on the registration form, the form will automatically be categorized as non-participants to the contest. The photo taken during Clinique Star Tour will still be available for download if NRIC and EMAIL have been provided correctly. I can't find my friend/daughter/relative's picture
Use search function at the gallery and enter the name of friend's which was chosen as display name. Please note that your friend may have chosen a nickname for display instead of her actual name. Should your friend did not take part in the Clinique Star Tour 2011 Contest; her photo will not appear in the gallery.
I can't download my HI RES picture
Always ensure that details have been completed correctly on the Clinique Star Tour 2011 Contest form. To download the photo, please enter NRIC without any dashes or spaces (eg. 891234567890). Should problem remain the same, please complete the form below. Our technical team will attend to you as soon as possible.
